磁珠专用于抑制信号线、电源线上的高频噪声和尖峰干扰，还具有吸收静电脉冲的能力。它有很高的电阻率和磁导率，等效于电阻和电感串联，但电阻值和电感值都随频率变化。 
功率电感
功率电感在电路中主要起滤波和振荡作用;共模电感/线圈常用于电脑的开关电源中过滤共模的电磁干扰信号，在板卡设计中也起emi滤波的作用，用于抑制高速信号线产生的电磁波向外辐射发射。
